I recently came across Naturopathica through an extensive 2-week training program focused on clean-ingredient product lines.

I loved the line so much that I reached out to Naturopathica, and they generously provided me with an esthetician sample box and inside access to their professional learning portal to get hands-on experience with their product application and ingredient list.

I ended up loving everything in it, and I’ve continued to integrate many of these products into both my personal routine and my client recommendations.

Below is a breakdown of my favorite products using their exact product wording, because each one truly stood out on its own.

My Favorite Products

“Manuka Honey Cleansing Balm”

This was easily one of my top favorites.

The texture alone feels nourishing and grounding, but what I love most is how it supports the skin without disrupting it.

The Manuka honey component brings in natural soothing and antibacterial properties, making it ideal for removing makeup, SPF, and buildup while still respecting the skin barrier.

I especially love pairing it as a first cleanse before a milk, foam, or water-based cleanser.

“Aloe Vera Cleansing Gel”

The “Aloe Vera Cleansing Gel” is incredibly calming, especially for sensitive, reactive, or acne-prone skin types. Aloe vera naturally helps reduce inflammation while gently cleansing without stripping.

Together, the balm + gel combo feels like a full reset for the skin, clean but never tight or dry.

Enzyme Exfoliation

One of the biggest takeaways from my training was how powerful yet gentle enzyme exfoliation can be.

“Sweet Cherry Brightening Enzyme Peel”

“Pumpkin Purifying Enzyme Peel”

Both of these became immediate favorites in treatment protocols.

What I love about enzyme peels is that they work by breaking down the keratin protein that holds dead skin cells together, allowing for a very controlled and non-invasive exfoliation process.

For clients who are nervous about peels, I genuinely believe this is one of the safest entry points. You still get glow, smoothness, and refinement, but without the fear of irritation or downtime that stronger acid peels can sometimes bring.

Hydration + Barrier Support Favorites

“Aloe Vera Replenishing Gel Mask”

This mask became my go-to post-treatment calming step.

The “Aloe Vera Replenishing Gel Mask” is incredibly soothing and hydrating, especially after exfoliation or for inflamed, sensitized skin. Aloe is naturally rich in water-binding polysaccharides, which help restore hydration while calming redness and heat in the skin.

Every time I use it, my skin looks visibly more balanced and calmer afterward.

Marshmallow & Ceramide Sensitivity Soothing Serum

This one is a dream for sensitive skin.

The Marshmallow & Ceramide Sensitivity Soothing Serum feels like a cushion for irritation. Marshmallow root is known for its calming, mucilage-rich properties that help reduce inflammation and deeply support hydration.

I loved using this on compromised-skin days or whenever the skin barrier needed extra comfort and repair.

“Vitamin K Brightening Eye Complex”

This became a quiet staple in my routine.

The “Vitamin K Brightening Eye Complex” is lightweight, soothing, and designed for the delicate under-eye area. It helps improve brightness and hydration without causing congestion or irritation, which is so important for sensitive skin types.

Lip, SPF, and Daily Protection Favorites

“Sweet Cherry Conditioning Lip Butter”

This product surprised me in the best way.

The “Sweet Cherry Conditioning Lip Butter” has a soft tint that gives the lips a naturally flushed look, while still feeling deeply nourishing and hydrating. What stood out most to me is the sensory experience; it actually tastes good, which makes application feel more enjoyable and ritualistic rather than clinical.

It’s rich without being sticky, and I love how it supports dry or dehydrated lips while still feeling lightweight enough for daily use.

"Lavender Protective Moisturizer SPF"

This was one of the most unique sunscreens I’ve ever used.

The lavender scent is subtle but beautiful, unlike most SPFs that smell overly clinical or chemical-heavy. This one actually makes reapplication feel like part of a calming routine instead of a chore.

From a formulation standpoint, it blends mineral UV filters with soothing botanical ingredients, and the lavender element adds a sensory layer that makes it stand out in a very crowded SPF category, while also doubling as a moisturizer.

Why This Shifted My Perspective

Working with Naturopathica deepened my respect for botanical skincare that is rooted in both herbal tradition and modern formulation science.

On top of that, receiving the esthetician sample box gave me a hands-on understanding of how these products perform in real routines, not just in treatment rooms, but in everyday skin health maintenance.

If you are interested in trying these products and learning how to incorporate them into your everyday routine, reach out to me directly, and I'll be happy to help.
