Cancellation Policy
We’re so excited to bring the glow to you! Because Graceful Glow is a mobile experience, we carefully schedule travel time, supplies, and prep specifically for your group. 🩵 48-Hour Notice Required Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment. 🩵 Late Cancellations Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 50% charge of the total booking. 🩵 Same-Day / No-Show Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the booking total. 🩵 Final Headcount Guest count must be confirmed 48 hours prior. Any reductions after that time will not adjust the total. 🩵 Deposits If a deposit is required to secure your booking, it will be applied to your service. Deposits are non-refundable.
